When will I get my order?

 

Please allow 5 business days from purchase for your order to be processed. Orders placed during holidays may take a little longer. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping time frames vary on postal carrier and shipping option selected at checkout. We have no control of the package once we have given it to the postal service. 

International orders may take 20-40 days for delivery.

Domestic orders may take up to 10 days for first class and 6 days for priority. 

How do I track my order?

You can track your package through the email you receive when your order is shipped or by signing into your account. Five Three is not responsible for your package once it has been given to the selected postal service. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping company directly. 

My order got shipped back to Five Three Supply. What do I do?

Don't worry! We will get your products to you. Please email victoria@FiveThreeSupply.com. 

I'm an international customer. What should I be aware of?

International orders may be subject to local customs fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are regulated by your local government. Five Three has no control over these fees. Please note that all prices are in USDexchange rates may be applied and will affect the final cost.
