Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. You can track your package through the email you receive when your order is shipped. Five Three is not responsible for your package once it has been given to the selected postal service. International orders may be subject to local customs fees.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds only apply to defective products. If you have a defective item, please email a photo of the defect to email@example.com.
Exchanges will only be accepted if you have already purchased the correct, like-item product (i.e. you want to send back a small t-shirt, so you order the correct size of the same t-shirt). Once you've locked in your new item, email firstname.lastname@example.org with both order numbers. Returned merchandise must be unworn, without blemish and odor-less. The cost of the return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items are the customer's responsibility until they are returned to Five Three. Items that are not received by Five Three will not be issued a refund. We recommend returning items through traceable mail and that customers ask for receipt of postage at the time of shipping.
